Curtis D. Kuttnauer, President & Senior Search Consultant
Curtis wears many hats. A search consultant since 2000, Curtis brings a high amount of professional expertise to the search process, including 16 years at IBM in various sales and sales management roles.
As an independent school board president and parent, he’s walked in your shoes and knows just how important finding the right Head of School is to the future success of your school. His passion for finding the best possible solution for your Head of School search is reflective of his experience. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Communication Sciences from the University of Michigan.
Jennifer B. Lett, Search Consultant
Jennifer’s experience as a former teacher in three different independent schools and her current position PTO board vice president combine well with her experience as a search consultant. She not only knows how important it is for constituent buy-in when hiring your next Head of School, she knows how to find that one person who will help carry your mission forward. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Elementary Education and early Childhood with ZA Endorsement from Michigan State University.
Sandi K. Sullivan, Researcher
Sandi has been with KSG since its inception. Sandi holds a B.A. in Childhood Development from Central Michigan University, and is a board member of the Parents Association for Pathfinder School, an independent school located in Traverse City, Michigan.
