Curtis D. Kuttnauer, President & Senior Search Consultant
Curtis is the president of Kuttnauer Search Group, Inc. as well as a managing partner at Golden Circle Consultants, LLC. He has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, including a 16-year tenure with IBM in various sales and sales management positions. While at IBM he worked in the client organization, IBM Server & Storage brands and IBM Software group.

He is currently an active member of the Pinnacle Society for the Pursuit of Excellence in Executive Recruiting, a member of the National Association of Personnel Services, and serves on the Top Echelon Network Advisory Council. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Communication Sciences from the University of Michigan.

Kris Brown, Search Consultant
Prior to joining KSG in 2005, Kris was the Chief of Human Resources Department Manager as well as a member of the United States Coast Guard. Kris has a Bachelor of Art from Columbia College and an MBA from Davenport University.

Sandi K. Sullivan, Researcher
Sandi has been a Researcher for KSG since its inception. Prior to that, she was the office manager at the American Paper Company for 17 years. Sandi has a Bachelor of Art in Childhood Development from Central Michigan University.
