KSG’s TeamBuilder services enable us to work with you to customize a search or staffing solution for your individual needs, from Retained and Contingency Searches to Contract Staffing, Temporary Staffing, and even Out-placement. Our emphasis is on matching client and candidates not only in terms of position requirements, but corporate culture as well.


Retained Search: A Retained Search is generally reserved for a rush or extremely sensitive assignment and requires an up-front financial commitment prior to beginning the search, with scheduled payments throughout the engagement. With a Retained Search, KSG is able to offer more flexibility and resources to meet your critical needs. A Retained Search will always take priority over a Contingency Search.


Contingency Search: A Contingency Search provides an efficient and flexible means for finding your next team member. Placement fees are "contingent" on the hiring of a referred candidate, and are predetermined at the start of the search. They can either be based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year’s compensation or a flat fee.


Container Search:  A blend of both Retained and Contingency Search. An engagement fee is required to start the search with the remainder of the placement fee due once the position is filled.  Container Searches give you the benefit of a higher priority search, as with the Retained Search, with the benefit of paying a majority of the fee contingent upon successful completion of the search.


Contract Staffing: By utilizing KSG’s Contract Staffing service, you can contract, through KSG, to bring in professional-level employees for a specific length of time or for a specific project. What’s more, you stay free from worrying about administrative issues such as taxes, workers' compensation, and unemployment liabilities.
